As parent /guardian, I waive all claims of liability against Saratoga Soccer Camp camps, directors. employees and the City of Saratoga. My child will participate in the camp using proper protective equipment and he/she does so with my permission at his/her own risk. In the case of an emergency, I hereby consent to medical examination and/or treatment for my child. Saratoga Soccer Camp reserves the right to use any photos or video taken during camps. No refunds will be granted.
